Dayrail is a calendar-native time-blocking planner that syncs with Google Calendar. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You sign in to Dayrail using your Google account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that Google account, since it's how you access Dayrail.
New accounts get a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be billed for the plan described on the pricing page unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Dayrail is billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of your subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Using Dayrail's scheduling features requires granting Dayrail access to your Google Calendar, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings, which will prevent Dayrail's calendar features from working.
You agree not to use Dayrail to violate any law, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to Dayrail's systems, or to resell or provide the service to others without our agreement.
Dayrail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for issues caused by third-party services Dayrail depends on (including Google Calendar or our hosting provider).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayrail's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Dayrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Dayrail and cancel your subscription at any time.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
